Can I try it for free first?
Yes. The trial plan lets you use core tracking features with no payment required.
What’s the difference between a 1-month pass and a subscription?
A 1-month pass is a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal, and it can be gifted. A subscription auto-renews monthly with a discounted rate after the first month. If you’re already on a 1-month pass, switching to a subscription skips a first-month recharge — billing continues at the discounted rate once your current pass ends.
Which payment methods are supported?
Domestic cards for Korea and international cards abroad. More methods will roll out over time.
Can I gift a pass?
Yes. Buy a 1-month pass and send it to a recipient’s email. Only that email’s Google account can receive and use it. You can cancel the gift until the recipient redeems it.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from the Manage page. You keep access until the end of your paid period. Note: if you cancel and start a subscription again later, the first month is charged at full price and the loyalty (discounted) rate restarts from the beginning.
Can I get a refund?
You can refund an unused 1-month pass yourself within 7 days of purchase from the Payments page (buyer only). For any other details, please contact support.
